新加坡專利局近期公布試行計畫狀態更新如下。
合併檢索及實審請求之延期試行計畫 (Extension of Time Pilot for Search and/or Examination Report Request)
新加坡自2024年8月起施行合併檢索及實審請求之延期試行計畫，允許申請人請求合併檢索及實審之延期時無須額外支付規費。由於此試行計畫獲得良好評價，因此將延長試行，適用於提出合併檢索及實審請求的期限介於2024年9月1日（含）至2027年8月31日（含）的申請案。
SG Patents Fast加速審查
新加坡專利局公布將於2026年9月1日恢復受理SG Patents Fast加速審查請求。此試行計畫於2025年5月20日開始試行（可參閱第377期台一雙週專利電子報），並於2026年1月4日暫停受理（可參閱第393期台一雙週專利電子報），進行內部檢討。
