歐洲專利局及中國大陸國知局PPH計畫

歐洲專利局及中國大陸國知局之間的PPH試行計畫將於2026年8月1日起無限期實施，並可依雙方共識暫停、修改或是提前中止。
本次試行計畫可依據以下其中任一文件提出請求：
1. 在PCT (Patent Cooperation Treaty, PCT) 國際專利申請階段，其中一局作為國際檢索局 (International Searching Authority, ISA)或是國際初步審查局 (International Preliminary Examining Authority, IPEA) 時所作出的書面審查意見 (Written Opinion) 或國際初步審查報告 (International Preliminary Examination Report, IPER)。
2. 在國家申請階段，或是PCT國際專利申請進入國家階段時，其中一局的審查意見指出申請案包含至少一項可准請求項。
