烏克蘭專利局日前通知國際局 (International Bureau, IB)，依PCT細則第12.1(a)條，自2024年10月25日起，受理以英文或烏克蘭文所提申的PCT (Patent Cooperation Treaty) 國際申請案。

此外，自上述日期起，若PCT國際申請案是紙本方式提交，則申請人僅須提交一份即可，無須提交三份。
