丹麥專利局原為一般發明專利申請案與PCT (Patent Cooperation Treaty) 國際申請案之寄存局 (depositing office) 與存取局 (accessing office)。日前通知國際局 (International Bureau)，其於2021年11月30日起開放作為新型專利申請案之寄存局與存取局。
