歐洲專利局與國際智慧財產權律師聯合會 (International Federation of Intellectual Property Attorneys, FICPI) 2025年10月23日於慕尼黑進行雙邊會議。FICPI在會議中介紹其在2025年那不勒斯世界大會 (2025 World Congress) 通過的各項決議，以及論述未來合作藍圖中的優先事項。歐洲專利局則分享近期數位轉型、AI的發展以及UP系統更新的狀況。歐洲專利局和FICPI皆認為有必要利用數位化和AI驅動的工具推動專利系統發展，同時也要確保透明度和人類專業。雙方亦認同機構和業界的密切合作可以保障信任、公平還有法律確定性，而且對於創新系統、技術革新同樣至關重要。
