歐洲專利局與巴林工業與商業部 (Ministry of Industry and Commerce) 簽訂MoU，自2025年1月12日起展開雙向合作，涵蓋資源共享、調和專利實務、提升專利系統效率等。雙方也自2025年3月1日起開始試行PPH，試行期間2年。
