Please be advised that the Taiwan Intellectual Property Office and our office will be closed for the New Year’s Day, the Chinese New Year Festivities and the 228 Peace Memorial Day. The following changes to working days will occur:
1. December 31, 2021 to January 02, 2022 for the New Year’s Day
Any deadline that falls during this period, including the weekend, will be automatically extended to the next working day, January 03, 2022.

2. Saturday, January 22, 2022 has been designated by the government as a working day. Any deadline that falls on January 22, 2022 will NOT be extendable unless otherwise provided by law.
3. January 29 to February 06, 2022 for the Chinese New Year Festivities
Any deadline that falls during this period, including the weekend, will be automatically extended to the next working day, February 07, 2022.

4. February 26 to 28, 2022 for the 228 Peace Memorial Day
Any deadline that falls during this period, including the weekend, will be automatically extended to the next working day, March 01, 2022. 
Usually, no personnel will be in the office on the holidays. However, should the need arise please notify us in advance so that we may arrange the personnel to attend to such matters. Thank you.
