In order to comply with Article 15 of The Convention on the Elimination of all forms of Discrimination Against Women (CEDAW) and Paragraph 17b of General Recommendation No. 33 to the CEDAW, Point 14 of the “Hearing Operation Program for Patent Invalidation Cases” was amended as “In the hearing, the national language shall be used. You may apply for translators with the IPO.”
