Notice of Lunar New Year in Taiwan

Dear Clients and Associates,

Please be advised that the Intellectual Property Office of Taiwan (TIPO) and our office will be closed from February 13 to February 21, 2010 for the Lunar New Year holiday. We will not have any personnel in the office during the national holiday and will resume normal staffing on February 22, 2010. The international priority date or any other specified deadline for a response to an Office Action or renewal during the holiday period will be automatically extended to February 22, 2010. If you have any projects that may require attention during said period, please notify us before February 13, 2010.

Furthermore, Saturday, February 6, 2010 has been allocated a work day so deadlines falling on said date will not be extended to the following Monday.
