1. A Power of Attorney, signed by the applicant; and
2. Twenty-five (25) prints of the trademark logo, which shall be on durable and smooth paper and shall be within five (5) to eight (8) centimeters either in length or width.
Remarks:
1. Certification marks, Collective marks and collective trademarks are registrable as long as they meet the definitions and statutory requirements set forth in the Law.
2. Priority can be claimed by the applicant within six (6) months from the next day of the first application in a country which is also a member of WTO.
3. Multi-classes application can be accepted. To claim more than one priority application in one multi-classes application is acceptable in Taiwan.
4. Three dimensional and sound marks are registrable subject to the regulations in the Law. A single color or color combination is also accepted as mentioned.
